Used them for 2 years now and only had a few downtimes cus i did something wrong in the database. They help me with the problem and was online again in 10 minutes - great customer service. I don't think they are the best, but i can't complain about anything. I have 2 bluehost accounts with 25+ domains I have only good experience with bluehost.
